UTEP QB Jordan Palmer is averaging identical TD and INT rates of 1.3 per simulated match-up. Even though TULSA RB Courtney Tennial should only rush for close to 75 yards, he averages well over 1 TD per forecast. Look for the Golden Hurricanes to pick up a home win of at least 2 TD's.
